What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Lingerie At Sinderellas offers a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 and an Express Shipping Rate of $15.99 to anywhere in Australia.

FREE Parcel Post Shipping is available for all purchases over $150.

FREE Express Shipping is available for all purchases over $250.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay payments. 

How long will delivery take?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Orders are shipped with Australia Post Parcel Post (flat rate and free shipping) or our selected courier (Sendle/Couriers Please). Shipping is from Perth and will take between 2-5 business days to Perth Metro Areas. Interstate and regional orders will take between 7-9 business days. Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post and will take 1-3 business days from send date, depending on location. We try to select the shipping company with the quickest estimated time to your selected address. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All online payments are security protected.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once your order is processed you will receive an invoice via email (please check your junk mail if you have not received an email). Once we have shipped out your parcel, your order will be marked as completed and an email will be automatically sent to you.

Return/Exchange

Products can be exchanged provided the products are in new, clean condition and in original, undamaged packaging. This is a once only exchange. Underwear and bedroom accessories cannot be exchanged for obvious health reasons (unless faulty or damaged). No exchange or return on bodystockings so please choose carefully.

Retail Purchase – Return Information

Item/s purchased in a SINDERELLAS store can only be credited or exchanged in a store. The return item/s can be returned to any of the 2 stores across WA.

Returns In-Store – FREE

Australia Post – From $8.90 (refer to Australia Post for shipping rates)

Contact Us at hello@lingerieatsinderellas and we will instruct you how best to package and return your items.

Head to any Australia Post Branch and package your order however you choose (we suggest a parcel post satchel). Remember to include your order number (found on your emailed invoice) and contact details. Payment is to be made at Australia Post.

The returns process can take up to 14 business days from the date your return was lodged. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2 business days.

Discrete Shipping

All items are shipped in satchel post bags with Australia Post shipping label attached. The sender name – Lingerie At Sinderellas and shop address with be displayed on the shipping label.

If you would like something a little more discrete than “Lingerie At Sinderellas” displayed on the shipping label, please make a note in the customer comments at the checkout and we will change it to “Sender” instead.

Click & Collect

Although Lingerie At Sinderellas is currently an online retail store, we do offer a Click and Collect service through our sister store Sinderellas Adult Store, Belmont, Western Australia. The majority of our range is currently stocked at the Sinderellas Belmont WA store, however some items will take up to 2 business days to arrive from our warehouse. Please be aware that Click & Collect orders will be available from same day up to 2 business days to be ready for collection. An email will be sent to notify you of the process.
